What We Do
Seventh Bridge is a nonprofit organization with a proven track record of empowering underrepresented people and SMEs while strengthening industries to be more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable. Founded in 2024 by KC Goundiam and guided by an experienced advisory board with expertise in industry, outreach, and business development, we collaborate with public and private sector partners to deliver real opportunities for underrepresented people and businesses while building stronger ecosystems across tech, trades, and manufacturing.
How We Do It
Our Pathways Programing
We connect people from underrepresented communities with education, mentorship, hands-on experiences, networking, and job opportunities in tech, trades, and manufacturing. Our programs help participants gain the skills, connections, and confidence they need to succeed and thrive at work.
Our Bridgeworks Programing
We support underrepresented entrepreneurs and SMEs to grow, gain visibility, and strengthen their place in the tech, trades, and manufacturing ecosystems. Through strategic partnerships, business development support, and access to networks, we help companies unlock opportunities, create jobs, and thrive in a competitive landscape.
